Our pupils from 1st E of C.S.E. have been analyzing and studying the most harmful effects of tobacco. Furthermore, they have coloured some posters related  with this important matter in our society. 
There many dangerous aspects which should be taken into account when smoking and it is essential young adults reflect about them.

This "Staff Portrait Gallery" is a project carried out by students of 4th ESO A/B and 1st ESO B under their teacher Juanjo direction. The students have done many interviews with teachers of English Department, language assistant, and SELE teachers. The interviews were recorded and some pictures were taken. The results are shown on these posters. They completed their work with some drawings which are true masterpieces.

The  history of chess  spans some 1500 years. The game originated in northern  India  in the 6th century  AD  and spread to  Persia . When the  Arabs  conquered Persia, chess was taken up by the  Muslim  world and subsequently, through the  Moorish  conquest of Spain, spread to Southern  Europe . [1] [2] In Europe, the moves of the pieces changed in the 15th century. The modern game starts with these changes. In the second half of the 19th century, modern  tournament  play began. This week, we are having our lessons with our Assistant Teacher Vitas on the topic "Halloween". Thank you for these interesting and useful lessons. Halloween History & Origin Halloween is the one of the oldest holidays still celebrated today. It's one of the most popular holidays, second only to Christmas. While millions of people celebrate Halloween without knowing its origins and myths, the history and facts of Halloween make the holiday more fascinating. Some people view Halloween as a time for fun, putting on costumes, trick-or-treating, and having theme parties. Others view it as a time of superstitions, ghosts, goblins and evil spirits that should be avoided at all costs. As the Christian debate goes on, celebrating Halloween is a preference that is not always viewed as participating in an evil holiday. Halloween is often celebrated with no reference to pagan rituals or the occult.
